Mango and walnut handle with nickel silver and g10 spacers. The Nakiri is one of the most useful and versatile kitchen knives there is. Also known as a vegetable cleaver they are very thin and slice through vegetables like butter. For many people it’s the only knife they ever use. Definitely has grown to be one of my favorite styles and the knife I grab the most for most chef knife uses.
